SimHop is a travel eSIM storefront operated by Vixel Creative Studio ("SimHop," "we," "us"). We sell prepaid mobile data eSIM plans for use in destinations worldwide, fulfilled through our wholesale connectivity partner. Using SimHop means you agree to these Terms.
You need an account to place orders and view order history. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Prices are shown in your selected display currency (USD, EUR, or GBP) but processed in USD. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept by confirming and fulfilling it. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.
eSIM plans are sold for personal, single-device travel data use only. Using a plan outside that intended scope — including tethering for resale, SIM farming, bulk or automated provisioning, or otherwise circumventing fair-use or network limits — may prevent activation, or result in the plan being suspended or cancelled without refund. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy.
eSIM plans only work on unlocked, eSIM-capable devices. You're responsible for confirming your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy. We provide a compatibility check at checkout, but the final responsibility for verifying your own device sits with you.
We describe SimHop's promise as "Works Everywhere" — meaning broad availability across the destinations we support, not a guarantee of speed, 5G, uninterrupted signal, or literal coverage at every physical location. Actual network performance depends on the destination network operator, your device, terrain, and the plan you select. Supported destinations are shown at checkout and may change if our wholesale partner's coverage changes.
Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Some of SimHop's customer support is provided by an automated assistant. It can look up your own orders and eSIM status to help answer questions, escalating anything it can't resolve to a person. See our Privacy Policy for how support conversations are handled.
The SimHop name, branding, and site content belong to Vixel Creative Studio and may not be copied or reused without permission. eSIM profiles and QR codes are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
SimHop is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed connectivity while traveling. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, including fraud, chargebacks made in bad faith, or abuse of our support channels.
We may update these Terms as SimHop grows. We'll update the date above when we do. Continuing to use SimHop after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
